Muffaletta Crostini

1 small baguette, cut into about 20 slices

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 cup chopped pitted ripe olives

1/3 cup chopped pepperoncini

1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper

4 ounces thinly sliced ham, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces

4 ounces thinly sliced salami, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces

5 ounces Cucina Classica Provolone cheese, thinly sliced


1Preheat oven to 400°F. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush both sides of bread with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes, turning once or until golden.

2Combine olives, pepperoncini and red pepper.

3Arrange bread slices on serving platter. Arrange sliced ham, salami and provolone over bread slices and top with olive mixture.
